Canna (Balisier) ‘Petch Ploy’ is a medium sized Italian Group cultivar; dark green and light green variegated foliage, ovoid shaped, acute apex, branching habit; clusters of flowers are self-coloured yellow, throat canary-yellow with red-orange spots, edges regular, petals yellow, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, flowers in summer until frosts, blooms open in the early morning; fertility unknown; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and purple; tillering is good.
