Introduced by Pierre Antoine Marie Crozy of Crozy et fil, Lyon , France in 1866, Canna (Balisier) ‘Musafolia Perfecta’ is a tall cultivar; light green foliage, large, oval shaped, branching habit; oval main stems, coloured green; spikes of flowers are erect, self-coloured yellow, staminodes are small, edges regular, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not true to type, self-pollinating, capsules round; rhizomes are not produced.
