Introduced by Pierre Antoine Marie Crozy of Crozy et fil, Lyon , France in 1890, Canna (Balisier) ‘Cinnabarina’ is a medium sized Crozy Group cultivar; green foliage, oblong shaped, upright habit; flowers are open, self-coloured vermilion, staminodes are medium size, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type.
