Introduced by Bernard Yorke, Australia, Canna (Balisier) ‘Capricorn’ is a tall Crozy Group cultivar; green foliage, branching habit; flowers are open, yellow and pink, throat pink, staminodes are large, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type, capsules globose; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and pink; tillering is slow.

Canna ‘Capricorn’ is available from specialist growers.
