Introduced by Marcelle Sheppard Nursery, Texas, USA, Canna (Balisier) ‘Rose Beauty’ is a medium sized Crozy Group cultivar; green foliage, ovoid shaped, spreading habit; flowers are open, self-coloured rose, staminodes are medium size, edges ruffled, petals purple, fully self-cleaning, good bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type, capsules globose; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured pink; tillering is slow.

Canna ‘Rose Beauty’ is available from specialist growers; breeding is C. ‘Rosever’ x open.
