Introduced by Wilhelm Pfitzer Nursery, Germany, Canna (Balisier) ‘Confetti’ is a small Crozy Group cultivar; green foliage, oval shaped, branching habit; round main stems, coloured green; half-round flower stalks, coloured green; flowers are pale yellow heavily spotted with pink, edges regular, petals green, fully self-cleaning, outstanding bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type, capsules globose; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white and pink; tillering is average.
